Completing telephony projects for new and existing clients, the full-time Voice Implementation Specialist will manage number porting processes, maintain telephony inventory, and serve as a liaison with carriers while working remotely. Key responsibilities Implement IT projects related to Teams Voice and manage number porting processes Coordinate with carriers, internal stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes Maintain documentation of porting activities and assist in the completion of support handoff requirements Required qualifications Strong understanding of LNP processes and carrier service contracts 2-4+ years of experience working with telephony carriers Proven ability to manage timelines and communicate effectively across teams and vendors Basic knowledge of traditional telephony, E911 regulations, and telecom billing Familiarity with modern VoIP systems, particularly Teams or 8x8
