Voice Engineer With IPTLocation: Salisbury, NC.Job Description:Management of telecom expense of a client with over 10 K users.Procure new devices for users and design/deploy solution of IPT infra issues.Handle critical IPT voice requirements.Need to answer user calls based on enquiry, request and complaints on call usage, data usage, plans, VAS, billing issue, coverage related issues.Answer queries related to IPT phone issues, infra issues, call path issues for example phone issues, call issues etc.Coordinate with OEM, field services, local IT ops for loaner and spare device management, repair and break-fix services.Follow up with vendors.Ensure timely resolution of incidents and tasks.Understanding of common IPT telecom terminologies and services.Understanding of voice, data and/or wireless services.Understanding of IPT enterprise infrastructure ex CUBE, WXCC, CUCM, UNITY, SME, voice gateways, SIP, SCCP, MGCP, UCaaS.
