Our Transitional Academy focuses on helping students explore their strengths, develop workplace readiness, strengthen daily living skills, and build meaningful connections within their communities.
As an Educational Support Counselor , you'll:
Support students in developing vocational skills, workplace behaviors, and community readiness
Assist with job training, community-based learning experiences, and career exploration opportunities
Provide guidance with daily living skills and promote greater independence
Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to support individualized goals
Help students build confidence, social skills, and self-advocacy skills for life beyond school
