Providing technical and project leadership, the full-time VMS Solutions Architect will design and deliver comprehensive solutions for Staff Augmentation and Procurement Solutions while working remotely and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment of client invoicing solutions Analyze clients' business and technical challenges, designing solutions that integrate smoothly into customer environments Manage and direct the work of Solutions Analysts, ensuring effective communication of complex technical information Required qualifications Advanced proficiency in creating architectural designs for complex programs Extensive knowledge of integration file formats, transmission protocols, and web application architecture Experience with various project methodologies including Agile and Waterfall Strong understanding of current and emerging technology solutions applicable to complex business problems Exceptional leadership skills demonstrated through project and technical leadership experience
