Providing technical leadership and production support for VistA-based applications, the remote VistA/MUMPS Sustainment Expert will analyze and resolve defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain mission-critical healthcare systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert technical guidance for VistA and MUMPS based application sustainment Analyze, triage, and resolve VistA defects, incidents, service requests, and production issues Perform root cause analysis across application code, data, configuration, workflows, interfaces, and environments Required Qualifications: Significant hands-on experience with VistA application sustainment, operations, maintenance, or modernization Strong knowledge of MUMPS programming and VistA technical architecture Proven experience diagnosing and resolving production defects in legacy or mission-critical applications Experience with Tier 2 and Tier 3 production support Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
