Middlebury College invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor of Premodern Art History to teach for two academic years beginning in the fall semester of 2027.
The candidate will hold a Ph.D. or ABD in Art or Architectural History, have college‑level teaching experience, and contribute to introductory courses as well as lectures and seminars in their area of expertise, with emphasis on premodern architectural history, Asia, or the Global South.
