To support a growing healthcare initiative, the full-time Virtual Wound Healing Specialist will conduct outbound sales calls, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to current and prospective customers to sell products and qualify leads Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide information regarding products and services Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.com Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher AND one (1) year of sales experience, or a High School Diploma/GED AND five (5) years of sales experience Previous sales experience in healthcare, medical device, or related sales environment Experience selling healthcare, medical device, wound care, or related products Experience in inside sales, virtual sales, or a high-volume sales environment Ability to learn and communicate technical, clinical, and product information to customers
