n Atrium Health is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to support a growing wellness hub.  The hub will launch with a comprehensive weight management program and plans to expand into other wellness offerings such as sleep health and cognition.n

n Highlights of the position:n

• n Schedule: M-F 8a-5p, 34 patient contact hours (6 hours admin time weekly)n

• n Advanced Practitioners with a care team approachn

• n Virtual weight management for new and established Atrium Health primary care patientsn

• n Support with multi-state licensingn
