Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking Remote Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support students in a school setting for the school year . This is a fully remote opportunity allowing you to make a meaningful impact from the comfort of your home while helping students achieve their communication and educational goals.

Job Responsibilities

  Conduct speech and language evaluations remotely

  Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs

  Provide teletherapy services through secure virtual platforms

  n

• n

  Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff

  n

• n

  Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

  n

• n

  Support student achievement of educational and communication goals

  n

Minimum Requirements

• n

  Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License required

  n

• n

  CCC-SLP preferred and may be required by state or contract

  n
n
• n

  Minimum 1 year of school-based and/or pediatric experience preferred

  n

• n

  Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and digital tools

  n
n
• n

  Ability to comply with professional standards of practice

  n

• n

  Current CPR certification if required by contract

  n
n
• n

  TB screening/testing if required

  n
n
• n

  Current health certificate if required

  n
n
• n

  Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

  n

• n

  Must be at least 18 years of age

The Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides speech and language services to students in a school setting from a secure, remote location. This role involves conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy aligned with each student’s educational goals and physician’s orders. Services are provided through secure teletherapy platforms, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care.

Minimum Requirements:

  Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required

  n

• n

  Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.

• n

  1 years’ Experience in school-based setting and or pediatrics, preferred

  n
n
• n

  Proficiency within teletherapy platforms and digital tools required

  n
n
• n

  Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

  n

• n

  Current CPR if required by contract

  n

• n

  TB questionnaire or TB testing upon hire if required by contract

  n

• n

  Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
