Virtual Primary Care Physician

Combining clinical practice with executive leadership, the part-time Virtual Primary Care Physician will provide high-quality patient care through video visits and integrated team-based approaches while also serving as the Chief Medical Informatics Officer, overseeing clinical informatics strategy and technology integration in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Deliver personalized virtual primary care and collaborate with healthcare professionals in an integrated care model Lead the clinical design and optimization of the Epic environment, ensuring efficient workflows and technology governance Champion clinician adoption of technology and represent clinical informatics interests with health system partners and vendors Required Qualifications MD or DO with board certification in a primary care specialty; Family Medicine or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics preferred Active, unrestricted medical license with support for obtaining licenses in multiple states At least 5 years of post-residency clinical experience in primary care or chronic care management Demonstrated experience in clinical informatics and EHR optimization; formal informatics training preferred Familiarity with digital health tools and a strong understanding of clinical data and analytics
