Virtual Physician Assistant - Licensed

Role Overview

This full-time virtual medical position involves providing evidence-based primary care through telehealth modalities, including video, phone, and email consultations. The provider will treat patients of all ages, participate in weekly clinical rounds, collaborate with virtual and in-office team members, and utilize advanced technology to deliver high-quality care. Flexibility to obtain additional state licensure and work shifts from 6am to 12am PST, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth visits, triage calls, and follow-up communications
• Engage in continuous learning and team collaboration
• Apply clinical training to deliver exceptional virtual care
• Obtain necessary state licenses for virtual primary care

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) with active NCCPA certification
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care or urgent/emergency care experience with diverse patient populations
• Current license in CA with ability to acquire additional licenses
• Strong clinical, communication, and technology skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
