• Apply medication knowledge to process prescriptions, refills, and prior authorizations accurately.
• Escalate prescribing or workflow issues to senior team members as needed.

Care Coordination:

• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and coaches to coordinate care and resolve member issues.
• Document all activities accurately and communicate updates clearly.

Workflow Execution:

• Process clinical tickets promptly and route faxes, labs, and records appropriately.
• Follow SOPs and support quality improvement initiatives.
