Virtual Occupational Health Physical Therapist

To support employer-partner populations across various job types, the full-time Virtual Occupational Health Physical Therapist (Evaluation-Only) will conduct single-visit virtual evaluations for employees with work-related musculoskeletal symptoms, determining care pathways and documenting functional limitations in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Conduct virtual evaluations to assess work-related musculoskeletal conditions and determine appropriate care pathways Characterize disabling conditions and communicate findings to employer accommodation teams to support duty modifications Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards Required qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program Active, unrestricted physical therapy license in the state(s) where care will be delivered; PT Compact State licensure preferred Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with preference for 5 years Strong clinical reasoning skills for rapid evaluation and disposition decisions Comfort with virtual care delivery, including remote evaluations and video-based education
