In this role, you will assess patient status via telehealth tools, track vital signs and telemetry, escalate changes in condition, and collaborate with bedside teams to ensure safe, timely interventions. You’ll deliver patient and family education, document accurately in the EHR, and support throughput and quality initiatives.
