Virtual Finance ManagerThe Virtual Finance Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of Finance & Insurance (F&I) products while delivering an exceptional virtual customer experience. This role leads the full F&I sales process—from customer interview and product presentation to objection handling and closing. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-driven, and skilled in building relationships, communicating effectively, and achieving performance targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Must reside in a state where Group 1 dealerships are located.ResponsibilitiesGenerate revenue for dealerships through the sale of Finance & Insurance (F&I) productsAchieve and exceed performance targets and key objectivesConduct virtual F&I transactions, leading the full Virtual F&I sales process, including:Customer interviewProduct presentation (menu)Upselling and closingRemain on virtual calls through completion of the Retail Installment Sales Contract (RISC) to ensure deals are fully securedClearly explain and answer questions regarding:F&I products and services in the Virtual F&I officeRetail Installment Sales ContractsEffectively isolate and overcome client objections and close sales opportunitiesMaintain accurate and detailed records of activities and performance metrics for Virtual F&ICommunicate daily with internal stakeholders on Virtual F&I performance and deal statusParticipate in dealer meetings, sales calls, and team discussions as neededBuild and maintain strong, positive customer relationships throughout the virtual buying experienceEnhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase processDemonstrate behaviors aligned with the Company's values and culture in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendorsQualificationsMust live in Maryland, New Jersey or MassachusettsMinimum of 3+ years of experience in a dealership F&I roleHonda/Acura experience preferred but not requiredStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the adeptness to interact effectively at all levels internally and externallyHighly self-motivated with strong customer-facing and sales skillsPositive attitude with a high-energy, results-driven mindsetProfessional demeanor and strong work ethicAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekendsAbility to work remotely from homeExperience with Darwin and/or CDK systems is a plusEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.
