Virtual Clinician Home Evaluations Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Part Time - WV

Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is hiring part‑time, board‑certified nurse practitioners or physician assistants to conduct Video Visits for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 30‑minute Video Visits with health plan members in a private space with adequate internet connection.
• Provide at least 12 hours of availability weekly, consistently delivering over 100 capacity units per month.
• Execute a strong visit completion rate of at least 70 completed visits per month.
• Maintain training, affiliation, and compliance with Video Visit requirements (regular training required).

Role Expectations & Requirements

• Be trained and credentialed for all health plan clients and lines of business in primary coverage state(s).
• Consistently engage with regular manager, team, and clinical meetings.
• Accountable to Signify Health operational, clinical, and member experience key performance indicators and metrics.
• Maintain active state licenses in coverage areas (FNP or AGNP certification preferred for NPs) and board certification.
• Primary coverage areas include, but are not limited to: REGION.
• Deliver telehealth services only; must meet minimum requirements for remote visit delivery, including broadband connectivity with video and audio, a quiet setting with a neutral background, and privacy compliance with CVS Health guidelines.

• Clinicians dedicated to providing Video Visits services only.
• Meet minimum requirements for remote visit delivery (broadband connectivity, video & audio enabled, quiet setting, neutral background).
• Ability to uphold health plan member privacy per CVS Health guidelines.
• Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Work autonomously without direct supervision.
• Proficiency with information management and technology.
• Specific vision abilities include the ability to view and read a computer screen, iPad, and other electronic devices.

Required & Preferred Qualifications (NPs and PAs)

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Board certification (required).
• Multi‑state licenses (preferred).
• Ability to cover primary locations: West Virginia.
• Experience with Signify Health In‑Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, or similar telehealth delivery preferred.

Compensation and Hours

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 29.5
Pay Range: $37.66 – $81.11 per hour (dependent on experience, education, geography, and other factors).
