Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with onboarding and organizing personalized travel plans
- Research, compare, and confirm arrangements using approved systems
- Provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
- Communicate professionally via email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Manage updates, changes, and client service inquiries promptly
- Maintain organized and accurate client records and documentation
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused with attention to detail and solid organizational abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Australia, or Spain
