Virtual Care Transformation RN (Fully Remote)

• This remote position delivers comprehensive, coordinated health services via telehealth.
• Approximately 50% of the role involves direct staffing and travel for market implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate virtually with physicians, nurses, and health care team members for clinical care.
• Assess patient status virtually and establish interdisciplinary plans of care.
• Respond to routine, urgent, and emergent patient problems with effective decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Nursing and 5 years of acute care nursing experience.
• 3 years nursing preceptor experience and 2 years in a nursing leadership role.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and proficiency with virtual healthcare technologies.
