n Position Overviewn

n The Advanced Practice Professional (APP) provides comprehensive, patient-centered urgent care services with a primary focus on telehealth delivery. This role evaluates and manages acute, episodic conditions across the lifespan using virtual care platforms. APPs practice within a collaborative, APP-led care environment supported by supervising physicians, emphasizing high-quality care, timely access, operational efficiency, and continuity of care.n

n 24 hours/week; 12pm-12am (weekend focus)n

n Holiday Requirementsn

n Work holidays only if they fall on scheduled weekend.n

n Key Responsibilitiesn

n Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including medical history and virtual physical examsn

n Diagnose and manage acute medical conditions within urgent care scopen

n Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plansn

n Prescribe medications in compliance with state and organizational guidelinesn

n Order and interpret laboratory studies as appropriaten

n Document all patient encounters accurately and efficiently in Epicn

n Provide patient education, discharge instructions, and follow-up guidancen

n Escalate care appropriately to in-person or emergency settingsn

n Participate in team collaboration and quality improvement initiativesn

n Qualificationsn

n Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantn

n Board certified in appropriate specialtyn

n Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferredn

n Proficiency with telehealth and EHR systems (Epic preferred)n

n Work Requirementsn

n Ability to work 8–12 hour shiftsn

n Work remotely from home in an approved/licensed staten

n Maintain a private, HIPAA-compliant workspacen
