Virtual Care Nurses (RN, LPN/LVN) Part-Time (Fully Remote)

• Fully remote position supporting patients during Annual Wellness Visits.
• Requires strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and comfort with telehealth workflows.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare comprehensive AWV charts and review patient histories, medications, and screenings.
• Conduct face-to-face virtual visits and communicate concise summaries to providers.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Medicare, CMS, and HIPAA.

What We're Looking For:

• Active RN or LPN/LVN compact license and 3+ years of clinical experience.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth platforms.
• Dedicated private home workspace and reliable internet.
