Circle Health is looking for compassionate and detail-oriented Virtual Care Coordinators to support patients and senior-care practices across the United States.
We’re Hiring for 3 Language

️ Important Requirement: Candidates must currently reside in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct monthly patient check-ins and follow-ups.Coordinate patient care and appointments.
Maintain accurate patient records in EMR/EHR systems.Communicate with patients and healthcare providers.
Identify patient concerns and escalate them appropriately.
Requirements:
Fluency in the relevant language profile is mandatory.Healthcare, patient care, or telehealth experience preferred.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality is an advantage.
