About the Opportunity:
We are assembling a volunteer team to help plan and execute the virtual book launch for The Untold Story by Sabrina Sanford, a bold historical fiction novel set in 5th-century Britain that reimagines Arthurian legend through the eyes of a woman who refuses to be erased from the narrative. We are looking for an organized and experienced Event Coordinator to lead the launch planning process and ensure a polished and memorable virtual event experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full virtual book launch plan from start to finish
- Coordinate timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across the volunteer team
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the launch team and InkWell Publishers
- Manage the event registration process and attendee communications
- Ensure all moving parts come together smoothly on launch day
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience coordinating virtual events or book launches
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with a small team
- Passion for literature, storytelling, and supporting independent authors
