Offering a remote, part-time opportunity, the Virtual Behavioral Health Technician will support client engagement and safety during live virtual group sessions, assist with care coordination, and document observations under the supervision of licensed mental health professionals. Key responsibilities: Provide real-time support and assistance to clients during virtual group sessions to enhance engagement Document client participation and communicate significant concerns to the clinical team promptly Monitor client distress and provide crisis support while adhering to safety protocols Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field Previous experience in a behavioral health or mental health setting Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Comfortable using technology platforms, including video conferencing and Electronic Health Records (EHR) Compassionate and empathetic approach to client support with strong organizational skills
