The SimLab in the Wisconsin Center for Education Research at UW–Madison is seeking a Simulation Specialist to puppeteer digital avatars and run AI-driven scenarios across education, nursing, medicine, and law.
Ideal candidates have acting/improvisation background, strong emotional intelligence, excellent listening and communication skills, and comfort with evolving technology; willing to work on-site or in a quiet home setup with reliable internet.
