To provide individual telehealth therapy to LGBTQ+ clients, the part-time contract Virginia Pre-Licensed Therapist will deliver affirming, trauma-informed, evidence-based care while working towards full independent licensure, with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week and flexible scheduling. Key responsibilities Provide individual therapy in a telehealth setting, tailored to the needs of LGBTQ+ clients Conduct clinical assessments and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in the EMR Participate in regular clinical supervision to support development toward full licensure Required qualifications Active Virginia license as a Supervisee in Social Work, Resident in Counseling, or Resident in Marriage & Family Therapy Experience and a strong passion for working with LGBTQ+ clients Cultural competence in delivering affirming, identity-centered care Comfort with providing individual therapy in a telehealth setting Able to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling
