To support the Value and Risk Advisory team, the full-time remote Virginia Licensed Valuation Analyst will analyze market data, determine property values, and assist with commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects. Key responsibilities: Analyzing market data and comparable transactions to determine highest and best use and credible market values Performing lease abstracts and conducting market surveys while partnering with experienced team members Confirming comparable data for client deliverables and leveraging technology to enhance productivity Required qualifications: 0-2+ years of experience in commercial real estate valuation or related fields such as finance or analysis Strong interest in appraisal/valuation services with a preference for candidates with real estate-related internships Ability to achieve consistent progress on coursework required for Certified-General license within 36 months Proficiency in Excel and Word, with a willingness to learn JLL technology Requirement to obtain a Trainee license within 90 days of employment and complete necessary coursework within specified timelines
