Providing individual telehealth therapy to LGBTQIA+ clients, the fully licensed therapist/counselor (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) will work remotely as a contractor, committing to a minimum of 10 sessions per week while delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based care and participating in clinical supervision for licensure support. Key responsibilities Deliver individual therapy in a telehealth setting, focusing on affirming and trauma-informed care for LGBTQIA+ clients Conduct clinical assessments and maintain timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation in the electronic medical record system Participate in regular clinical supervision to support professional development toward full independent licensure Required qualifications Active Virginia license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT Experience working with LGBTQIA+ clients and a strong passion for identity-centered care Comfort with providing telehealth therapy and maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 client sessions per week with flexible scheduling Cultural competence in delivering care to diverse populations within the LGBTQIA+ community
