Virginia Licensed Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Virginia Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations in a fully remote environment, benefiting from minimal administrative tasks and operational support. Key responsibilities Conduct 60-minute intakes and follow-up sessions for clients with various mental health concerns Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and clinical autonomy Collaborate with an in-house referral network and access operational support for scheduling and billing Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care is preferred Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills in a fast-paced outpatient environment
