To support a dynamic team, a Virginia Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist will provide remote speech and language therapy services to K-12 students, conducting assessments, developing individualized therapy plans, and collaborating with educational staff. Key responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities Develop individualized therapy plans and provide direct therapy services targeting various speech and language skills Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students' communication goals and monitor their progress Required qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Current ASHA certification required Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech-language pathology
