Virginia Licensed RN Supervisor

Overseeing a team of 15 direct reports, the full-time Virginia Licensed RN Supervisor will manage daily operations in Integrated Care Management, providing leadership and educational services while participating in case management activities remotely. Key responsibilities Supervise and facilitate the work of assigned team members in the Department of Medical Care Management Conduct ongoing competency assessments and provide educational offerings to case management staff Assume accountability for quality and service coordination in daily operations Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required Registered Nurse (RN) License (Compact or Virginia) is preferred 3 years of experience in Case Management is required Specialty certification in Integrated Care Management is required within one year of eligibility Supervisory experience and knowledge of Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) or Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) is preferred
