To support a growing virtual outpatient clinical practice, a Virginia Licensed Remote Therapist will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults, design personalized treatment plans, and work independently within a collaborative team, all on a part-time or full-time fee-for-service basis. Key responsibilities Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting Design personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient Manage documentation efficiently using streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools Required qualifications Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent Licensed in Virginia Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
