To shape the future of pediatric psychiatric care, the fully remote Virginia Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Director will develop, implement, and manage the PMHNP Residency Program, creating a structured training pathway for recent graduates while mentoring them through their clinical journey. Key responsibilities: Develop the residency program structure, including curriculum and evaluation systems Lead accreditation efforts and ensure compliance with relevant standards Mentor and train residents, fostering their growth into confident practitioners Required qualifications: Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program PMHNP-BC certification and active PMHNP/APRN license in Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Maryland At least 3 years of experience as a CRNP and 1 year in an educational or leadership role in behavioral health Strong clinical skills in pediatric psychiatry and knowledge of evidence-based practices Demonstrated ability to train and develop medical professionals effectively
