Offering a remote contract position, the Virginia Licensed Professional Counselor will provide board-required clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians working towards full licensure while delivering telehealth services to the Medicaid community. Key responsibilities Supervise associate-level clinicians according to professional judgment and board requirements Guide associates through the licensure process while ensuring compliance with Medicaid guidelines Manage clinical documentation and treatment planning using EHR systems and digital tools Required qualifications Valid LPC license in good standing in Virginia with board approval for clinical supervision Master's degree in Counseling Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate) Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines
