As the founding Virginia Licensed PMHNP, this part-time remote position will manage medication protocols and provide direct client care for LGBTQIA+ clients, ensuring an integrative approach to mental health treatment alongside therapy. Key responsibilities Develop clinical protocols, SOPs, and workflows for medication management Prescribe medications and provide direct client care aligned with identity-affirming practices Conduct clinical assessments and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in the EMR Required qualifications Active DEA registration with full practice authority in Virginia Experience working with LGBTQIA+ clients and delivering identity-affirming care Proficient in prescribing and adjusting medications across various clinical indications Experience building psychiatric SOPs from the ground up Comfortable in a remote telehealth setting
