Serving as the first point of contact for new patients, the full-time Virginia Licensed Pharmacy Technician will guide them through the onboarding process via phone and video consultations, conduct medication history interviews, and ensure a smooth start with the pharmacy in a fully remote setting. Key responsibilities Conduct onboarding consultations with new patients, gathering medication histories and reconciling prescriptions Educate patients on pharmacy services and coordinate prescription transfers with previous pharmacies Document patient information accurately in the pharmacy management system and address inquiries regarding insurance and costs Required qualifications Active Virginia Pharmacy Technician license in good standing 3 or more years of experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting with direct patient interaction Proficiency with pharmacy software and general computer applications Availability to work a full-time 8.5-hour shift, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Eastern Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company-sponsored visa sponsorship
