Working remotely, the Virginia Licensed Nurse Case Manager will assess new applicants, coordinate medical clearances, and maintain patient records as part of a multidisciplinary team. Key responsibilities Assess new applicants by gathering information, reviewing diagnoses, and analyzing medical test results Schedule appointments for drug screening, medical examinations, and psychological evaluations Update patient medical records after each contact and ensure accurate documentation Required qualifications Active RN license and a bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution At least ten (10) years of practical experience in clinical nursing with a focus on case management Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCM) or American Case Management (ACM) certification may substitute for 3 years of experience
