Providing hands-on support for enterprise network operations, the full-time Journeyman Network Engineer will manage continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution in a hybrid work environment, ensuring high availability and reliability of network services. Key responsibilities: Provide 24x7x365 support for enterprise network operations, including monitoring, triage, and restoration activities Perform routing and switching troubleshooting across LAN, WAN, and wireless environments, supporting voice, video, and data services Coordinate with Network Architects during high-severity incidents to ensure rapid resolution and maintain accurate documentation of incidents Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in network engineering or network operations roles Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher (CCNP preferred) Hands-on experience with routing and switching technologies, including Cisco routers and switches Experience supporting network monitoring tools and performing proactive performance analysis
