To support a dynamic labor and delivery unit, a Travel Virginia Licensed Labor Delivery RN will work onsite on a contract basis from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, providing care for patients during labor and delivery while managing various procedures and equipment. Key responsibilities Provide nursing care for laboring patients, including inductions and cesarean sections Utilize advanced monitoring equipment and maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and safety Required qualifications Current Virginia RN license with experience in labor and delivery Certification in NRP and BLS; ACLS and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring preferred Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a labor and delivery setting Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
