To support a mission focused on children's success, multiple Virginia Licensed Counselors or Social Workers will build part-time or full-time caseloads working remotely with virtual charter school students in individual and group sessions via Zoom. Key responsibilities Providing Behavioral Support Services and mentoring students on self-regulation and organizational skills Driving student achievement for students with disabilities and developing effective IEPs Responding to progress monitoring results and supporting students, parents, and general education staff Required qualifications Virginia Department of Health School Social Work License, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent Virginia Department of Education license Experience working with students on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
