To support oncology patients across the continuum of care, the full-time Virginia Licensed Collaborative Practice Nurse will manage proactive patient management, care coordination, and symptom assessment while collaborating with healthcare teams in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Respond promptly to patient inquiries and manage a wide range of symptoms and side effects Coordinate outpatient clinic visits and prepare Patient Care Conferences to communicate interventional outcomes Engage in research and quality improvement initiatives while serving as a mentor to less experienced nurses Required qualifications Bachelor's prepared Registered Nurse (BSN) preferred; Oncology Certification (OCN) and Nurse Navigator Certification a plus Five years of work experience as a Registered Nurse, with oncology experience preferred Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills Ability to apply the full nursing process in clinical operations Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
