Virginia Licensed Clinical Social Worker

To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time Virginia Licensed Clinical Social Worker will manage a caseload of 15-22 sessions per week, providing individual and family therapy while enjoying flexible scheduling and administrative support. Key responsibilities: Conduct intakes and develop client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans Provide individual and family therapy through secure telehealth Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate documentation in the EHR Required qualifications: An active Virginia license: LPC, LPC-R, LCSW, or LMSW Experience working with children, teens, and families Comfort working independently in a remote environment A commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care Bilingual English/Spanish clinicians are strongly preferred
