Leading a team of Care Managers, the full-time Virginia Licensed Care Management Manager will oversee operations for members in Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) Waiver, driving process improvements and collaborating with providers, while working remotely with occasional onsite meetings in Virginia. Key responsibilities Supervise and develop a team of Care Managers, ensuring effective support for members in Nursing Facilities Monitor quality outcomes and drive initiatives to enhance team performance and operational efficiency Prepare and present operational metrics and updates to leadership, collaborating with internal teams to improve member outcomes Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree is required Current Registered Nurse License (RN) or equivalent state license is required Minimum of 3 years of case management experience is required At least 1 year of leadership experience is required Knowledge of Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) and Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) is preferred
