Seeking a full-time Virginia Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW or LPC) to provide remote therapy services, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and connect patients aged 18+ with community resources while working Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm EST. Key responsibilities: Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans for clients Provide therapy services and facilitate connections to essential community resources Document patient services accurately in electronic health records in real time Required qualifications: Active LCSW or LPC license in Virginia Minimum of 2 years of therapy and diagnostic experience post-licensure Experience facilitating group therapy is strongly preferred Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
