To support a growing practice, the full-time Virginia Licensed Associate Therapist will provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population while enjoying administrative support for billing and credentialing in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to Medicaid clients, focusing on personalized care Collaborate with clients to develop effective treatment plans and conduct thorough assessments Accrue hours toward full licensure with the support of an independently licensed supervisor Required qualifications Valid RIC license in good standing in the state of Virginia Master's degree in Counseling with at least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate) Comfort with EHR systems and digital tools for virtual sessions Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office with reliable internet access
