To support a dynamic healthcare operations team, the full-time Virginia Licensed Arbiter will arbitrate payment disputes, analyze documentation, and manage case files in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Arbitrate and decide payment disputes while determining jurisdictional issues as necessary Review and summarize case facts, requesting additional information when needed to support fair decisions Collaborate with technical and legal professionals to ensure accurate and defensible determinations are communicated clearly Required qualifications Juris Doctorate preferred Certification in Arbitration is preferred, required within one year Experience working with Microsoft systems, including SharePoint and Salesforce Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment Excellent organizational and written communication skills
