Virginia AR & Salesforce Representative

To support effective revenue cycle management, the full-time Virginia AR & Salesforce Representative will manage accounts receivable processes, resolve claims issues, and oversee Salesforce case management while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage accounts receivable, including analysis of aged AR and root cause issues to prevent errors Investigate and resolve denial sources, including contacting payer representatives for appeals Serve as an escalation point for complex claims and collaborate with practice consultants to optimize revenue cycle functionality Required qualifications High School Graduate 5+ years of experience in a physician medical billing office or equivalent claims experience Understanding of revenue cycle performance drivers and ability to resolve complex claims Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas Experience using Salesforce for case management preferred
