To support a growing videogame studio, the full-time remote Videogame Studio Accountant will manage accounting tasks, oversee bookkeeping processes, and provide operational support while collaborating with a creative team. Key responsibilities Present accounting reports and financial forecasts to support management planning and data-driven decisions Handle QuickBooks categorization, bank reconciliation, and ensure compliance with tax regulations Assist in recruiting efforts by pre-screening applicants and coordinating interview schedules Required qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in a small-business accounting role Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Understanding of government filing and tax rules, as well as employment and payroll regulations Enthusiastic about videogames and knowledgeable about the videogame industry Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing job requirements
