The Role: Video Verification Specialist

As a Video Verification Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting video verification procedures with clients, ensuring their identity and information are accurately verified while providing a smooth, professional, and secure customer experience.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Conduct video verification sessions to confirm customer identity, and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Guide customers through the verification process using approved scripts and standard wording.
• Review customer information and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency during the verification process.
• Identify discrepancies or suspicious activity and elevate cases in accordance with internal procedures.
• Ensure all verification activities meet company quality, security, and compliance standards.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders in English when required.
• Maintain accurate records of verification outcomes and case notes in internal systems.
• Continuously update product and process knowledge by following internal documentation and training materials.

• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Fluency in Russian (written and spoken).
• Intermediate (B1) or higher level of English (written and spoken), with the ability to read internal documentation and communicate with colleagues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Ability to make accurate decisions while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and confidence using multiple systems, chat, and email platforms simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in video verification, KYC, fraud prevention, or payment verification.
• Experience in the iGaming, fintech, banking, or customer support industry.
• Experience working in a remote and international environment.
