- Review, evaluate, and refine animations and visual effects outputs to support AI model training.
- Organize, label, and maintain structured project files and media assets for efficient dataset creation.
- Assess AI-generated content, implement feedback, and ensure outputs meet quality standards.
- Develop rubrics and evaluation frameworks to train and benchmark AI systems with video content.
- Contribute domain expertise to improve model performance by identifying weaknesses and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing feedback to support AI model development.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in video editing and post-production, including audio editing and visual storytelling.
- Experience with animation and visual effects for digital or educational content.
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to follow and implement constructive feedback.
- Bachelor s degree (any field) is mandatory, with significant experience in video or visual media production.
- Experience working effectively in remote, collaborative environments.
