Requirements:
- 8 or more years of banking and treasury/cash management experience.
- Proven success in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of cash management products, online banking platforms, and banking regulations.
- Supervisory and team leading skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems.
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Technology, or a related field.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
